(i) If the Buyer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from SHREE HERBAL INDIA., Or If you wish to return or exchange any item please email or call us within 7 days of purchase, and a full refund excluding carriage will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to further carriage charge.
(ii) Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.
(iii) Please return items in original packaging.
(iv) Amount will be refunded within 15 days (After receiving the product at SHREE HERBAL INDIA).
(v) While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.
